Tasting Note Red: Very intense aroma, very complex. Wild berries, red fruits, rock-rose, “regliss”, floral notes that denote the grape varieties that give soul to this wine. In the mouth we can feel all the aromatic concentration in an unusually long and persistent way, as well as the tannins that will allow a great longevity to this wine.
Tasting Note White: Fresh and very complex aroma, very intense, fruit very well married with the final notes of barrels and lees from the long stage in “batonnâge”. In the mouth it surprises with its explosion of aromas and very long finish.
