Tasting Note: Aroma of red fruits, with hints of vanilla and toast well integrated with ripe fruit and jam notes. Excellent volume in the mouth, good acidity, and delicate tannins. The finish is complex and fresh, with a good combination of fruit and wood.

Gastronomy: Red meat dishes, grilled fatty fish, and strong flavored cheeses.
