Adega Vila Real – Reserva Red 2020

Tasting Note: Intense aroma of red and black berries from the forest, spicy notes and licorice highlight the ripeness of the main varieties planted in high and fresh areas of the Douro. The brief aging in French barrels complexes the fruit and ageing aroma of this excellent example of Douro wines. In the mouth it is sweet and enveloping, with very soft noble tannins, and a long and warm finish.

Gastronomy: Excellent to go with roasted meats or sausages.
