Shipping Terms
– We inform our customers that we deliver to Continental Portugal.
– If your order is set to be delivered on Grande Lisboa the delivery charge is free, otherwise there is a 4.50€ delivery charge.
– After placing your order you will always be notified via email or by cell phone, the day and time of delivery of your order.

Ordering and Payments
– If you wish to make any changes or even cancel your order, please do so before it is in the “shipped” state via our email: geral@clubedouro.pt
– Only payments through Bank Transfer, MBWay, NB Go are accepted.
– All products presented on our site include VAT at the legal rate in force unless otherwise indicated.
– If your order is set to be delivered on Grande Lisboa the delivery charge is free, otherwise there is a 4.50€ delivery charge.
– The Club D’Ouro gives as a delivery limit for online orders 2 working days after confirmation of the respective payment. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. (time and place to be arranged).
– After placing your order you will always be notified via email or mobile/sms about its status.
